
How do I return an item?
Retail Purchases
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. We accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise on retail purchases within 15 days of delivery in exchange for a customer refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. All merchandise must be accompanied by its original receipt, and all original tags must remain affixed. All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization.

Wholesale Purchases
We do not accept returns on wholesale purchases. All sales are final. In the occurrence that you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must make a claim by telephone or email within 3 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable. David Tishbi cannot be responsible for the status or condition of returned merchandise. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels. Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing cycles. Since all of our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
